It really depends on what stage a player is at.....new players need mostly technical to get to the others and while all 4 are a part of it, they all clearly fall behind the technical strokes for focus early on. Once a player has a handle on basic strokes it is time to ramp up the tactical aspect to combine that intention with strokes skills. Once they have a handle on using strokes to employ tactics, you can then start training more mindset for the challenges they start to encounter along with those you expect for them. Fitness is really a period training issue, based on how their schedules work. Sure, keep a basic level of fitness, but fitness cycles should be employed and accounted for according to competition schedule. Anyone with a different approach?
